下设医药中心批发分公司、新药采购供应分公司、药品经销分公司、经营分公司及中药批发分公司五个批发企业，以及大连大仁堂药房连锁有限公司和大连国药大药房连锁有限公司两个零售连锁企业，主要从事药品批发、零售、配送业务。
